Buildings will be set directly on ground with no blocking. Ground must be suitable for application prior to delivery.
Base model standard features:
- 30yr metal roof with 40yr rated paint coating
- LP SmartPanel (paint or urethane coating) siding or pressure treated T1-11 (stain coating)
- One paint or stain color included (contrasting trim color or urethane coating is additional cost)
- 8′ tall walls
- One 8’W run-in opening (Two (2) 8’W openings are standard for 22′ long & longer buildings)
- 4′ high kick boards, 1 1/4″ thick
- Pressure treated 4×6 perimeter base
- Iron dragging hooks
- FREE delivery within 30 miles of any of our locations
- 4×6 Pressure Treated perimeter base.
- 1 1/4” Pressure Treated Kick Boards 4’ high, spaced 1.5” apart
- 8’ wide opening is standard. See dealer for special pricing on custom sized frame outs
- Standard one stall per 20 feet of length or less (not counting tack room), unless specifically ordered differently. For example a 12×12 would have one stall standard, a 12×20 would have one stall standard, a 12×24 would come with 2 stalls standard – all examples are without tack room.
- Additional stalls (includes opening and divider) can be added for $485 per stall (optional).
